Since 2013, Wiemann Home Inspection has been inspecting homes in the Des Moines area. The business was started by Chuck and Julie with the intent to be a very sole proprietorship, but grew quickly when Chuck couldn’t keep up with inspections. Chris joined the business two short years later, and we are now a multi-inspector home inspection company serving home buyers in both metro Des Moines and surrounding suburbs. In 2025, we added a sewer scoping division and we continue to be a well-known inspection company locally.  Satisfied clients share their experience every week. We continue to run the business the way our founder, Chuck Wiemann, intended to run a business. With integrity, expertise, excellent customer service, and treating customers right.
