Amanda serves as one of our key communicators for real estate agents, buyers, and our inspection team. Dawn Siskow, Bookkeeper
Dawn has been with Wiemann Home Inspection almost since the beginning. She has been a steady presence for our clients and inspectors alike behind the phone, and now serves as our part-time bookkeeper. As our part-time Bookkeeper, Dawn keeps the financial side of Wiemann Home Inspection running smoothly. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping details, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and accounts stay organized. She has been an invaluable part of our team since 2014

Nicole Ricley, Office Assistant
Our newest office assistant is Nicole Ricley. Nicole recently joined the team as a part-time Office Assistant and has quickly become a valuable part of our daily operations. With a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, Nicole helps keep many of the moving pieces of our business running smoothly. From assisting with inspection scheduling and client communication to supporting with social media marketing, she brings organization, attention to detail, and a heart for serving others to everything she does. Nicole’s reliability and dedication help ensure our clients receive the exceptional experience they have come to expect from Wiemann Home Inspection. Nicole and her family also live in Urbandale where she also works as a part-time admin for the youth department at her church.
